BNB Spark
Terms of Service
Last updated 6 July 2026. Written in plain English on purpose.
1. What we provide
BNB Spark builds and hosts websites: agency websites for members and direct booking websites for property hosts. Plans include hosting, the domain name you choose (where its registration cost fits the plan), and the tools shown at checkout, for a monthly subscription.
2. Your domain name
When your plan includes a domain, we register it through our registrar account, on your behalf and at your direction. You choose the name. As long as your subscription is active, the domain points at your website and renews on us.
The domain is your brand, and you can take it with you. At any time while your account is in good standing, you can ask us to transfer the domain into your own registrar account, and we will start the transfer within 7 days at no charge beyond any fee the registrar itself imposes. Registries block transfers for 60 days after registration, so brand-new domains become transferable after that window.
If you cancel your subscription, you have 30 days to request the transfer. After that we may let the domain expire or release it. We never sell your domain to someone else while you are subscribed or within that 30-day window.
You are responsible for the name you choose. Please check that it does not infringe someone else's trademark or rights. If a third party disputes the name (for example a trademark complaint), you will handle the dispute and its costs, and we may transfer, suspend or release the domain if a court, registrar or dispute process requires it.
3. Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, you have a roughly two-week grace period with automatic retries and email reminders; if it still fails, your website pauses until payment is fixed, and domains are only renewed while a subscription is active.
4. Your content and your business
Everything you or your guests put on your website (photos, text, prices, contact details) is yours, and you are responsible for it being accurate and lawful and for having the rights to use it. We may remove content or pause a site that is unlawful or abusive.
For direct booking websites: bookings and payments are between the host and the guest (payments go host-to-guest via the host's own Stripe account). We are not a party to any stay, and we do not hold guest money.
5. Not affiliated with Airbnb
BNB Spark and BNB UNI are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb. Airbnb is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc.
6. Service, warranty and liability
We work hard to keep everything fast and online, but the service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.
7. Changes and contact
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions or transfer requests: contact us through the BNB UNI community or the email on your receipt.
